Etienne

Etienne (fl. 1519) was an apprentice to Leonardo da Vinci during his last year of life.

Etienne was responsible for feeding Leonardo while he was bedridden in his home in Amboise, France. Though at times Leonardo would refuse to eat and ask that the food be given to "poor deserving soul in the street". Etienne was also known to steal from Leonardo's wine cellar.
