Akrokorinth Fort
The Akrokorinth Fort, also called Korinthian Military Fort, was a fort in the Akrokorinth in Korinthia, Greece. Found on top of the mountain, this fort was occupied by a sizeable military force.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place, killed the polemarch and captains, burned their war supplies and claimed their treasures.[1] At the request of Alkibiades, Kassandra delivered a package to Bardas, stationed at the fort.[2]
