Diego de Burgos's confessor was the Abbot of Santa Claudia de Las Huelgas who lived in Valencia, Spain during the late 1th century.
Biography
In 1489, Diego de Burgos gave the abbot a painting part of a set belonging to Leonardo da Vinci. The set originally belonged to the Spanish Thieves' Guild and was gambled away by their business associate Jaime Del Rada to Diego.[1]
The abbot kept the painting in the abbey in the city until it was later recovered by the Spanish Brotherhood of Assassins.[1]
