Aisin-Gioro Yinzhen
Aisin-Gioro Yinzhen (Manchu:ᡳᠨ ᠵᡝᠨ; Chinese: 愛新覺羅·胤禛; 1678 – 1735), the Yongzhen Emperor (Chinese: 雍正帝) was the fourth ruler of the Qing dynasty, reigning from 1722 until his death in 1735.
Biography
In February 1725, during the initial breakout of the Shimazu clan civil war in Macau, the Emperor was mentioned by Sun of the Hualien Trading Company who wished to deliver a powerful Piece of Eden from Angkor into the Emperor's hands to curry favor. Sun's Assassin nephew Xiao Han however, hated the Qing Emperor with a passion for how his predecessors persecuted his Order.[1] Sun was ultimately assassinated by Han and thus his plan to deliver it to the Emperor never came to fruition.[2]
