Belriguardo Castle.

Belriguardo Castle or Delizia di Belriguardo is a location that is included with the Da Vinci Disappearance DLC for Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.[1]

Ezio is travelling to the castle, which is inhabited by Lucrezia Borgia, in order to find one of Leonardo da Vinci's lost five paintings. When Ezio manages to enter it, Lucrezia is willing to give him the painting.[2]
