Naoe is the fierce and determined daughter of a jizamurai, born and raised in a village of shinobi, deep in the province of Iga. Nagato, her father, trained Naoe in both combat and guerilla tactics, preparing her to defend her home against invaders while also instilling in her a sense of loyalty, benevolence, and community.
