Damiskos of Messene (born c. 380 BCE) was a Greek athlete from Messene in the region of Messenia.

In 368 BCE, Damiskos became the youngest competitor to win an event in the Olympic Games, having won the stadion race that year at the age of 12. He would continue to win events well into adulthood, which contradicted Aristotle's belief that a child athlete's success never carried over into adulthood.[1]
