After getting the letter, Ezio must to deliver it to Machiavelli.

Dialogue

When Ezio arrives at the Esquilino, he hears howls and prepares for the attack, several Followers of Romulus attack Ezio and he quickly kills them.

• Ezio: Where did these murderers come from?

Ezio then searches for the entrance to Nero's Golden Palace. Upon finding it, he says:

• Ezio: They must have come from in here.

He then opens the entrance and proceeds into the Palace.
