San Giacomo di Rialto.

San Giacomo di Rialto is a major church in Venice and also believed to be the oldest in Venice. The first church was believed to have been built about 421 and the present building was built around 1071. The fifteenth century facade is famous for its tweny-four hour clock and in the Renaissance merchants who worked in nearby markets went to pray there. In Assassin's Creed II it is a glyph location.
