Chase-breakers are tools featured in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. Players can activate chase-breakers to delay their chaser, giving them more time to escape. They are covered in shimmering white light to help distinguish them better from the surrounding environment.

Different types of Chase-Breakers include:

• Lifts
• Portcullis
• Trap doors
• Crumbling beams
