Charlotte (fort)

Charlotte was the name of a fort controlled by the British Royal Navy during the Golden Age of Piracy, until it was overrun and liberated by the pirate and Assassin Edward Kenway. The fort was located on the northwestern point of the island of Jamaica, in the Caribbean. 

After the fort was freed from British control, a harbormaster's station was built down on the docks, where Kenway was also able to accept two naval contracts from agents representing the Dutch merchant Milo van der Graaff.
