The Celtic Bracers were a pair of bracers that the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan found and collected in late 9th century Meath, Ireland. Alongside the Celtic Bracers, Eivor acquired the rest of its set from her journey through the regions of Ireland.

During her time in Ireland, Eivor traveled and probed the bandit stronghold, Inchroe. In one of its huts, Eivor noticed and broke through items and a lower destructible wall to find a hidden backroom. Within the backroom, Eivor noticed and retrieved the Celtic Bracers from a big chest.[1]
