The Cathedral of the Holy Cross was a major church and landmark located in the southern tip of the city Acre during the Third Crusade.

Trivia

  • The cathedral was either under construction or damaged due to the recent siege in 1191, as the left spire was missing.
  • It was the tallest view point in Assassin's Creed.
  • Atop the cathedral were two flags and a Templar knight.
  • This Cathedral is an entirely fictional construct, patterned on Gothic cathedrals like Chartres and Saint-Denis that were constructed after the Crusades in Europe.
