Inari's Bounty was a ō‏‎dachi that Yasuke obtained in 1582. That year, after assassinating Shinbakufu member Bessho Harumasa, Yasuke and fellow Kakushiba ikki member Fujibayashi Naoe learned that their ally, Koshiro, had been the target of retaliation by some soldiers still loyal to the Bessho clan. They vowed to track down and eliminate the threat, tracking one of the soldiers, Shishimaru, to a bridge near Nagusano Falls, Harima. There, the pair fought and killed him, retrieving the sword from his personal effects.
