The Bearded Axe

The Bearded Axe was a heavy weapon obtainable during the 16th century. It could be purchased from any blacksmith in Rome. During his search for the library of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, Ezio could also purchase the weapon in Constantinople.

Trivia

• The Bearded Axe was also wielded by most Brutes and Il Carnefice.
• It was possible to use the Beared Axe to get ahold of weapons that Ezio should not have been able to get ahold of permanently, such as the Persian Shamshir. This was done by throwing the axe, and then grabbing said weapon.
