connor may most likely be of Ezio's line. ezio is italian, which is not that far from england. and we know that America was discovered when the british set sail to America. so it is possible that the descendents of ezio emigrated to england and then the next generation emigrated to america, met a native indian and conceived connor. then the line goes furthur down and meets the Altair line, which then gives Desmond
