The battle itself was... Well, as said, very repetitive, of course the cutscene was absolutely amazing! I worked out methods to end the fight quicker just so I could rewatch that scene whenever I felt like it. Came down to making sure my ranged ammunition was completely full so I could waste all of that before going close range, made the battle under five minutes.

As for assassination? Out of those choices, air assassination. Sometimes I'll use it as a "long jump" by having a target in range of the lock but under an obstacle like another roof. Other times I simply let myself be amazed by how Ezio can jump over ten meters for an assassination. Though ultimately... My favorite way of killing is sneaking up behind an enemy of the rooftop, grabbing them when the knife or sword (usually knife but sometimes the broom too) and slicing their throat at the edge of the roof so you hear the gurgle of them drowning in their own blood as they fall off a few stories to a brutal impact. The perfect brutal murder if the impact actually affected the body at all.
