Despite its problems, ACR was created simply to finish the story of Ezio's life. Changing fighting mechanics and such would have changed Ezio himself. It wasn't supposed to be. Groundbreaking game, just a little something to move the story long while they were exciting themselves over AC III. We need to stop pointing out its obvious problems over and over and just accept it for what it is. Let's all hope they do better with Connor's story.
