For me it has to be Monteriggioni, simply because it was a free city and Assassins base. It felt more personal when upgrading it and getting to see it during modern times too was the icing on the cake as it showed how the past and the present mixed. I just wish they let Desmond explore the interior of the the villa in ACB. I wonder how they would do a modern Florence but I guess we will never see that.
