An honest business would get greater profit and longer term benefits of satisfying more fans and right now, us fans want them to take their time and make sure people don't go around bitching about the games. That is what a TRUE fan is. Not merely buying every game but trying to uphold its image, which is difficult to do when there is so much criticism.
