Does the question refer to just AC1 or in general?

For AC1 it would be "Al, Y U NO SWIM?!"

In general, it would be psychic guards, especially in AC3. How could they fuck up the AI after so many previous titles where it was good, is beyond me.

Pathfinding issues where they missed a pixel of a path and will turn around to walk over it, conveniently seeing you since it's happening during a mobile eavesdrop.

Also NY guards with their random agro issues if you so much as sneeze too fast, while being too close to their precious burned out huts.
