Ah yes. I was mostly a pacifist except around the end where you get wave after wave of enemy and the part where Malik is under attack. Did you save Malik? I broke my pacifist streak for her lol. Also, for the neutral and "bad" endings, there's a video on Youtube that has all the 12 possible endings, which I thought was pretty legit. I loved all of Adam's speeches at the end lol. Any idea which one is canon though?
