Water isn't a very efficient hiding spot because Ezio (As far as we know) could only hold his breath for a short period of time. What would be a very nice feature is to have a naval assassination, but the guards from AC3 can't swim either. I too look forward to everything but I just had to choose "improved combat" because the combat from ACB-ACR was becoming too repetitive and tedious. The only reason I adored hiding in the haybales/bushes was because I liked assassinating guards from them and because... technically, only the Seekers bothered to search haybales/bushes the most.
