1. Minstrels, they just annoy me so much, they block your way and follow you around forcing you to listen to their music.

2. Armor of Altair, with Helmshcied Drachen Armor a close second, although Armor of Brutus for protective armor or whatever.

For the the question, I don't really know, I think quite a bit would change, but I'm not sure where to begin with what would change.
