I believe there are six recruits, each with unique skills and missions. I don't believe the assassins and residents will be the same. I saw a couple of Scottish guys at the Homestead in a video, and they weren't assassins. So I think there will be normal residents with certain skills that you can trade with, and then there are assassin trainees that you can send on missions.
