I was thinking that the box contained the object required to stop Juno and that it would be touched in the last AC. I was thinking that Aiden Pearce is the RL and that we would gain one more game in Abstergo for him to get his free running skills through the bleeding effect. Then Shaun and Rebecca extract him out of Abstergo after finding that his ancestor is Shoa Jun and they go to a secret hideout to access her memories. After finding the box's location, they take the box and open it to Ind it empty. Then the story of Watch Dogs begins.
