The picture with both Connor and Aveline is from Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, not Assassin's Creed III. It even says so in the file name. The guards are also Spanish guards, who don't appear in Assassin's Creed III. It's also only been confirmed that they will meet in Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, nothing has been said in regards to Assassin's Creed III.
