AC is not a stealth game. Pushing the stealth element would be a big turn off, I have Deus Ex right there, I could go stealth my way through it like a ghost if I wanted to, not AC.

Hell, isn't the Assassin's habit is killing in public? historically and in game. High profile Assassinations.

IMO, even with AC1, you would not need much stealth, the game was not much harder either.
