I agree I can't see it as a main game, but I mean for gaurds it would be pretty similar to how the Assassins hire mercenaries and use apprentices in missions. Maybe it would be a game where you switch roles frequently between a "boss" like figure who has some combat experience to some of the free-running characters seen in multiplayer. It would be a challenge to chase down someone who can free-run.
