The only remaining Borgia were Lucrezia Borgia and her children, and she was no longer involved in Templar affairs whatsoever. Jofré Borgia was not known to have been a Templar or even aware of them. And Giovanni Borgia was an Assassin. As had been stated on several occasions, the Templars were driven out of Italy. If anything, it would've been a casual Templar, but a Borgia would be a very daring claim.
