The problem with Greece based game is that by the time of AC Origins the Greek world was not very significant anymore as it used to be. If they want to make a proper ancient Greece based game it has to be a prequel set in the Classic or Hellenistic eras while having Imperial Rome in its prime would be a logical sequel to AC Origins... and also come on, just imagine the parkour in ROME!
