the templar guards that ezio was fighting in the trailer are not turkish as written above ı can guarantee this because the place in trailer is masyaf which is located in syria (it was overrun by the templars) and the game takes place in 1511. at that time syria hasn't been conquered by the ottomans yet it was conquered by selim I sometime between 1512 and 1520 (also during his reign)
