Well, you wouldn't be able to use it anywhere you wanted. Only in special places marked by a ring or something. Like Assassin Tomb/Lairs of Romulus places where you're chasing a target, or on very high buildings where you could switch between grapple, freeclimb, grapple,.... In the same way that the lifts in ACB didn't remove the need to freerun, these could be used sparingly. And I was thinking it for more a combat tool.
