Well, you wouldn't be able to use it anywhere you wanted. Only in special places marked by a ring or something. Like Assassin Tomb/Lairs of Romulus places where you're chasing a target, or on very high building where you could grapple, freeclimb, grapple,.... In the same way that the lifts in ACB didn't remove the need to freerun, these could be used sparingly. And I was thinking it for more a combat tool.
