Im not sure if you know this but a male never stops producing sperm (well until you die that is). Women stop producing eggs in their late 50's. So yes Ezio can still make a baby.

PS. He will be in his late 50's, the game is set at least 10 years after the events of Brotherhood and will likely continue for a few years, past Da Vinci's death. I don't see Ezio killing everybody on the list in a year soooooo...... yeah
