Hover over the community drop down on the header (next to where the Assassin's Creed Wiki logo is). Then select forums and decide where you want to put the forum, help desk or Masyaf's courtyard. Click on one and there will be a box on the right saying search the forums. On the bottom of the box will be a button that says Add new topic. Click that and your good to go.
