In every Assassin's Creed game there is a special location where the hero goes to only once to confront his greatest enemy. In the first game it was Arsuf where you fought Robert de Sable. In ACII it was Rome where you fought Rodrigo Borgia. In Brotherhood it was Vienna where you fought Cesare. In Revelations it may be the location where you fight the main villain. Of course this is just an "educated guess".
