Really? I've still got it loaded in a tab. It's the full cinematic trailer. Might as well tell you what's in it.

The first scene shows Ezio being picked up from the ground by templar guards and being taken somewhere in Masyaf. The video fades to show how Ezio got there - travelling via a ship with Constantinople in the distance; crossing a mountain range; going past some ruins (Palmyra?) and overlooking Masyaf from a cliff. As he approaches, he gets shot with an arrow and lots of templar guards show up to what appears to be an ambush. Epic fight ensues, but all of a sudden Ezio sees Altair in the crowd of templars, loses concentration and lets his blade get broken. He is caught soon after. The action jumps back to the present where he is confronted by a templar leader atop the tower of Masyaf, where they proceed to hang him. As he walks along the leap of faith platform he sees another vision of Altair walking on the one next to him. As the leader tightens the rope around Ezio's head, Ezio quickly strikes and the ACR logo flies in. At the end you see the box art (pretty much the Gameinformer cover), and the exclusive content for the special edition - Turkish Assassin Armour and 2 multiplayer characters; The Crusader and the Ottoman Doctor.

There are barely any sound effects throughout the whole video - just a rather suitable "epic" song.
