Did anyone else notice that Desmond never truly reached the Sync Nexus? Let me explain. S16 said that to reach it Desmond must finish all of his ancestor's memories. We know that memories stop once your ancestor passes his genes to the next one. Well, in ACR that doesn't happen for either Ezio or Altair. Altair's memories weren't even being viewed through the Animus directly, so that entire point is moot. As for Ezio, the Animus shouldn't stop recording until he conceived Flavia who is the next ancestor in Desmond's bloodline.
