I find this too big to be considered an easter egg; Blume is talked about at various points in the game, its existence within the Assassin's Creed universe is evident. Undoubtedly there will be references to Abstergo Industries in Watch Dogs. And I already found the abandoned Abstergo Industries compound in Far Cry 3 a big connection.

I think the aptly-named Ubiverse will soon be real.
