It wouldn't make sense... AC1 and ACR take place around 400 years apart from each other. AC1 takes place during the crusades, which were generally around the 1000s to the 1200s. AC2, ACB, and ACR take place in the late 1400s, early 1500s. That would mean that if this Yusuf Tazim is Malik's son, he would need to be several hundreds of years old, which just isn't possible. (Unless Yusuf got his hands on a PoE and that allowed him to not age, but we don't have any records of that yet) It's still possible that the Yusuf Tazim in ACR is related to Malik's son, I'd assume.
