I didn't say that all the Brits are Templars nor that all Americans are Assassins. Quite the contrary. What I meant is that the revolutionaries who aid Connor (Washington, Franklin etc.) will most likely help him in his fight against the Templars, so they all must be enemies of the Templars. My point was that if George was secretly a Templar, there would not have been that much sense for him to aid Connor in taking down his own Templar allies. He could easily have gotten rid of Connor too at some point, I assume.

And I seriously hope they won't make another game with the same ancestor. I doubt many of the fans will be satisfied with that either. They also promised that AC3 would wrap up Desmond's story, so without Desmond in the Animus I don't think we will see Connor again. Of course we could have someone else in the Animus, but it would not make much sense for that person to skip to after 1783 for some reason, and would also not work very well in regards to synching with Connor's life.
