Modern times and then desmond goes back in time some how using the anuimes and plays the life of the worlds best assassins(maybe a new game/dlc for each assassin) He finds out that he is the worlds best assassin and created the world and has to recreate it before the 21st of december 2012 or else everyone dies.And possibly andam and eve help him with a piece of eden.
