The American and French Revolutions all take place with in 10-20 years of each other. Why not go to both, and England as well? Plus, there was a lot of crossover with the French and Americans supporting each other with money, ships and training. I think they could easily do more than one on this list. AC1 ranged from Damascus, Jerusalem, Acre, Masyaf, etc., AC2 all over Italy, ACB was pretty much only Rome, but then ACR was Masyaf, Constantinople and Cappodocia. Plus, AC2 ranged what like 40-50 years of Ezio's life?
