The Spartan society was indeed millitarized and their system was unfair and brutal, but it doesn't change the fact that they were the defenders. With the Persians portayed fairly, a game in the region might work out, although it might resemble the first game which was set in Syria so there's that.

Well... we have seen South Europe, Syria, US... anyone wanna go North ? Scandinavia, Siberia ?
