I would have really like to have seen what the second one would be about...maybe the missing memories from the Brotherhood book? And Amnestyyy, we're talking about the 2 DLC's that were supposed to be added after the game for everyone. The Copernicus Conspiracy was PS3-exclusive. There's an interview video somewhere on the web that tells about a second DLC that's 'bigger than the DVD'
