I hope they don't pull an Ezio on us with Connor either...if they do meet again, it'd be soon after the events of AC3...anywhere between 1783 and a later date. They have a brief conversation following their mission together...she's uncertain about the motivations of the assassins and says she's worried about what she'll find when she gets home concerning the identity of one of her main villains. He then tells her if you're worried about what awaits you, then you're on the right path and then says something about following her heart and trusting her own hands. And he told her to travel safely.
