PC players can get 4 additional through investing 100000f in any particular type of shop. It's true that borgia courriers have them(according to the strategy guide) but I got only one from them. It's interesting to note that most of the time when you get out of the hideout, there's a courrier on Tiber Island trying to get away. As for the cento occhi they don't have any shrunken head, at least it hasn't been confirmed if they have any
