Ancient Egypt - I see the setting to have a atmosphere similar to Damascus or a lot like Essos.

Feudal Japan - The Martial Arts and weapons. We may finally have good hand to hand combat in an AC game. AC3's one was too OP (I wouldn't ever bother using the hidden blades) and Brotherhood had similar fighting mechanics to its predecessors but with the addition of kicking and really cool animations. Also, stealth may actually be good this time round. I can imagine a ninja-like figure running aroud on rooftops and killing people without anybdy ever knowing.

Medieval China - Ditto.

Victorian England - A Sherlock Holmes style setting would be awesome. It could be a lot like Acre but better.
