@ Op. Being an enemy is different than being a bad guy. It doesn't refer to how you are morally, just explaining your's and another person's relationship. And to me, that comment kind of seemed to be a compliment. As if he was saying the enemies are smarter, because they are British. It's just an interpretation, but either way, he is still not calling the British the bad guys.
